What to Expect When You Work With Us

We know hiring a designer can feel overwhelming — especially if you've been burned before. Our process is intentionally structured to keep things flowing smoothly, with space for creativity, collaboration, and clear communication at every stage.

Our 4-Step Process

1. Discovery

We start with a free discovery call to learn about your business, goals, and ideal clients. If we're a good fit, we’ll send through a detailed proposal and agreement.

2. Strategy & Direction

Once booked, you'll complete a project questionnaire and/or brand discovery form. From there, we create a moodboard, brand direction, and sitemap or content plan (depending on your project).

3. Design & Refine

We begin designing your website or brand visuals based on your strategy. You’ll be involved in reviewing concepts and providing feedback as we refine everything together.

4. Handover & Launch

Once final approval is received and payment is complete, you’ll receive your final files, website login (if applicable), and a clear handover document to support you moving forward.

How Long Does It Take?

We usually allow:

  • 6–8 weeks for custom websites

  • 3–4 weeks for branding and logo design

  • Timelines can vary slightly depending on your response time and project scope

  • First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your design needs (and if we'll make great collaborators).

  • Pricing is based on both the project's scope and your desired timeline. (I promise fair rates and will always require your approval before we begin).

  • Timelines depend on the project, but I generally dedicate up to a month to each client, with the possibility of an extension based on my availability.
